The personalized hospitality experience made us feel welcomed .

Unfortunately, the parking area was quite a distance from the hotel entrance, inconvenient upon arrival.

Enjoyed generous and incredibly nice breakfasts.

Well, it was a comfortable stay in business trip. My double room had modern conveniences, including an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk. Private bathroom was modern. The location was excellent and good - just 5 minutes' walk from Casino Bregenz. The staff was welcoming, so I will come back;))

Amazing views of the surrounding landscapes. The staff, particularly at the bar, were friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. The reception area felt a bit cramped during check-in, which led to some delays.

Comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet impressed with its variety and quality. Interior decor had a refined elegance, providing an upscale atmosphere that was visually engaging.

The gym had minimal equipment, not living up to expectations for a proper workout. Shower heads were malfunctioning, only providing awkward sprays, and the TV options were limited strictly to Austrian channels without streaming services. Parking came with extra charges, and the pool was disappointingly shallow, not ideal for serious swimming.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. Dinner menu was adequate; the weather had turned bad, with heavy rain, so we chose not to go into town to eat. Ample breakfast buffet with choices for all tastes.

I didn't like the noise in the hotel while you hear all the caffee noise from the room, no air condition and so far from the lake that you coudn't see the lake from hotel.

Is it hype or the real deal?

The personalized service was amazing, with a dedicated staff making sure every need was met, even during peak times. The location was ideal for opera and lakeside strolls.

Though the experience had its highs, the limited restaurant menu and high meal prices fell short of expectations, impacting overall satisfaction.

Room is ok, with all the needed equip.

No free wi-fi in the rooms, but free internet in the lobby.

Every thing was excelent and the staff was wonderfull

The breakfast buffet was a good experience with a wide range of options. The sizable indoor pool and sauna provided a perfect area to unwind, and the room featured modern amenities including two TVs and a multi-functional shower.

Some trivial design flaws.

bed is not comfortable at all, on insulation between the walls & you can hear your next room clearly!.

The Breakfast was great, the location was great, the bed was comfortable.

Waiting 25 Minutes @ 1100AM in the morning to check out...they only had one staff member on the desk at this busy time , they should have had 2-3. The room was not 4 Star standard, for a "superior". The fact that the power on half the first floor was off for 15 minutes in the evening ..??

Couple not quite satisfied

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had some good options, even tho I found some things missing.

It was pricey, but not over the top acceptable, I guess.

Easy to find with ample parking as we were travelling by car this was important. The hotel is on the waterfront, right beside the Festival hall and floating stage, and only 5 minute walk from the centre of Bregenz.
